SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Organized and supported Entrepreneurship skill development of rural youth to make them entrepreneurs and also have gainful employment. About 240 youth (men & women) were trained in different areas like Mobile phone technician, Tailoring and embroidery and Retail Sales Associate. About 60 % of the youth were employed in different firms and about 20% youth were self-employed. This program was organized in convergence with SERP, Mahila Samakya of Mahbubnagar and Rangareddy districts of Telangana State
